Welcome to the deep-dive Day 2 workshop. Over about 2–3 hours you’ll turn a messy R project into an AER-compliant replication package using Claude Code. The handout covers plan mode, custom skills, hooks, permission allow-lists, research best practices (verification, referee-2, data privacy, reproducibility), and the full hands-on exercise.
New to coding agents? The Getting Started with Claude Code workshop (Day 1) is the gentler introduction: mental models, the basic interaction loop, and Claude Code setup (Max subscription or API tokens). Day 2 includes a short setup recap so you can follow along either way.
